New work: When I breathe – I sing your name

Our last work When I breathe – I sing your name was done as part of our daily walks. We watched the coastal waters and tidal pools, when we found the tide coming in we found a beautiful expanded area where the ocean was spreading out. The strong current brought in clusters of algae in which we literally became entangled.
[…] Attention to the liveliness of relations takes us beyond caring for ourselves. It’s about working together. The fact that each encounter changes who we are is more than obvious.
We are very pleased that our current resident Nicol, who is working on her research with the beautiful title: Thinking with the Ocean, could also be present at the creation of this work.
